How to create my support PIN or find my PIN

Support PIN A is a unique 6-digit PIN, never share it with anyone, ask a support agent if you have a problem.

To find your support PIN you will need to log into your account at  Entrar em minha conta

Check on the right side above for the Account icon, move your cursor or mouse over, and check if you don't have your support PIN, if you don't click on Generate support PIN

Once you have generated the pin, move the mouse again to the account icon and the pin will appear. confirm below:
