How to add balance and remove low bounce alerts

To add balance and remove low balance changes follow the steps below

- You can activate instant activation of all your products and services
- You can pay your unpaid Invoices with your available account balance or fund
- On payment date, you can automatically pay with the fund balance for future services

1- Access your account you can do it by clicking here https://www.angohost.ao/adicionar-saldo

You must add the balance amount you want to add, you can add it in KZs or euros, choose the currency and put the amount, click on add.

Another Pop-up will appear just advance

In this case the payment method will be bank transfer, click on CONTINUE

Choose your Bank, you can also make an Interbank transfer, write down the bank details below this Page, it will arrive in your email, then click on Confirm Payment

The invoice will only be created after clicking on Confirm payment.

Once this is done, wait for our approval, your balance will be added to your account.

Account balance privileges

NOTA:

if the Balance option prompts you to add an amount, the system will not always warn your balance to fall below the amount mentioned in your account, if you do not want any change in the withdrawal or receive the blank amount then click update

If the option Automatically pay my bills with my balance on the next payment date means that if you have a monthly or yearly balance and you have enough balance, the system will simply debit your existing balance and update accordingly. Automatic to your billing date, means that the service will be renewed automatically.
